Yes. We service all makes and models of heating, cooling, and plumbing equipment. For new installations, we are a Trane Comfort Specialist and Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer.
Every home is different. We do not publish prices we cannot honor. The right cost depends on system size, SEER2 efficiency rating, ductwork condition, electrical requirements, accessibility, and refrigerant type. We provide free in-home estimates — we measure the cooling load properly, look at your existing system, and provide a written proposal before any work begins. Call (717) 633-1025 to schedule.
Furnace pricing depends on fuel type (gas, oil, propane), BTU sizing, efficiency rating (AFUE), venting requirements, and chimney work. Every project is different, which is why we provide free in-home estimates only. Call (717) 633-1025 to schedule your assessment.
Most residential AC or furnace replacements are completed in a single day. Whole-home heat pump conversions or ductless mini-split installations may take 1–2 days. The timeline is walked through during your estimate so there are no surprises.
All qualifying new installations include a 10-year manufacturer warranty on parts. Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer installations include extended manufacturer coverage. We register every system with the manufacturer to ensure your warranty is active from day one.
Yes. We offer financing through Wells Fargo Home Projects® (promotional 0% interest rates available, approximately 90% approval rate) and NEIF — the National Energy Improvement Fund (100% approval rate, 5–8% consumer rates). Both options are subject to credit approval. We'll walk you through the details during your estimate.
Twice a year: once in the spring for your cooling system and once in the fall for your heating system. Heat pumps need both inspections because they run year-round. Our Diamond maintenance plan covers both seasonal inspections.
For most homeowners, yes. Diamond Plan members receive priority scheduling (especially during peak season), discounted repair rates, seasonal inspections that catch problems early, and extended equipment life. Regular maintenance prevents costly emergency breakdowns and improves energy efficiency.
Generally, if your furnace is more than 15 years old, breaking down regularly, or driving up utility bills despite maintenance, replacement is usually the smarter long-term investment. We provide the honest math at the diagnostic visit — repair cost vs. replacement value — so you can make an informed decision.
A ductless mini-split is a type of heat pump that doesn't use ductwork. Both move heat using the same refrigerant cycle — they heat in winter and cool in summer. Traditional heat pumps use ducted forced air distribution. Ductless mini-splits use individual indoor air handlers mounted on walls or ceilings, making them ideal for homes without existing ductwork.
Yes. Modern cold-climate heat pumps maintain full heating output down to about 5°F and continue producing meaningful heat well below zero. For the coldest stretches, dual-fuel systems pair a heat pump with a gas backup furnace for maximum comfort and efficiency.
