About VXL
Veteran Executive Leadership LLC was founded in 2022 by Troy A. Beane, a retired officer who served in the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, and the Pennsylvania National Guard. He began his military career in 1998 as an enlisted man, working his way up to become a commanding officer in the National Guard. After 21 years of military service, he retired and began a second career as a management consultant.
Troy's goal is to help other veterans use their years of service and experience to develop successful business ventures and new enterprises, as well as to manage their wealth. VXL also helps companies source, assess, and match qualified veterans to career-track positions.
